Forms All contributions designated for a particular student
are applied to that student's account. We do not assess
any processing fees. Contributions designated to the
general scholarship fund are distributed as follows:
-
The need for tuition assistance is
determined by information provided by the student’s
family. All applicants are required to submit a
completed
Tuition Assistance Worksheet and copies (front
and back) of the first page of the families most
recent IRS Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040 EZ. These
documents are used to determine the extent of
financial aid given by Covenant School. All documents
submitted in this process are held in confidence.
-
Please download this
Pastor's Recommendation Form for your pastor.
After completing the form, the pastor can either mail
or fax the form to Covenant School.
-
No request for Tuition Assistance
will be considered until all the documents listed
above have been received by the school.
-
The maximum assistance award is 50%
of tuition and is paid monthly. There is no assistance
available for other charges (such as registration fee,
book or paper fees) which must be paid by the parents
or guardians. Being granted tuition assistance does
not exempt a student from any other fees or payments
which must be paid in a timely manner to maintain good
standing at Covenant. If the student's portion of
tuition and other fees becomes more than sixty days
delinquent, the tuition assistance granted by the
school will be terminated. (see # 7 below)
-
In addition to direct financial
assistance for tuition, “work-study scholarship”
opportunities are available for the student and/or the
parents/guardians. Monies earned in this way are
credited to the students account and are used to pay
tuition and/or other school related fees. The nature
of the work-study scholarship service will be
determined by mutual agreement between the school and
the applicant.
-
Being awarded tuition assistance
and/or a “work-study scholarship” does not guarantee
enrollment at Covenant School until the Application
for Admissions has been completed, returned, and
approved and the registration fee is paid.
-
